This company acts as a middleman, so they can't promise delivery or manufacturing. They partner with local suppliers and mainly focus on lead generation. It's basically a templating service that charges a hefty fee—better to stick with someone nearby. They were using C&A installers, a local option in our area, and we could've just gone straight to them. We had a deadline for our worktops, but they failed to deliver and tried to pin the blame on us, even though it took them 14 days for just two template appointments. There were plenty of other options we could've explored. Just steer clear of this one. Not worth your time or money.

This company truly delivers on its promises. They use a lidar for measurements, ensuring everything is spot on.

My daughter's kitchen is quite the puzzle with its odd shape, and fitting in two big worktops that needed custom shapes and several cuts for a Franke sink and a Bosch gas hob, plus three more for the boiler pipes, was no small task. The way they joined the slabs was flawless, leaving no sign of the multiple pieces that were used.

The young crew, headed by Ryan, was outstanding: super professional, really quick, and very polite. They cleaned up the area perfectly after finishing, which is a huge bonus.

I can't recommend them enough, from the first contact to the completion of the job and the excellent customer service.

Super helpful throughout the whole process. The sales crew was straightforward about pricing and never came off as 'pushy'. The templater offered excellent suggestions, and the installation team was quick and neat. Plus, unlike some tradespeople, they showed up right on time and were a pleasure to collaborate with.

When it comes to a smooth shopping experience, customer service is key (provided the products meet expectations). Gemini really shone, with Matt responding to emails and texts in no time, and the planning crew was on top of everything, eager to chat about any adjustments. The item itself is great, the team was fantastic, and so were the fitters and surveyors. The only reason I’m giving it a 4.9 instead of a full 5 is due to a slight mix-up when finalizing the order - but it’s a minor issue. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer.

I put down a deposit because I wanted to get a great quartz worktop for my new kitchen. Unfortunately, due to some financial changes, I had to back out of my order and asked for my deposit back. I made this request in November 2022, and here we are, still no refund. I've followed up multiple times, and every time they tell me to wait for 10 working days, but still nothing. This service is just unacceptable.

Really efficient, straightforward process with clear steps, showed up right on the scheduled date, top-notch quality worktops and an excellent fitting crew. They did a fantastic job, and I’d definitely recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! I bought a Black Magic Quartz countertop. When it showed up, it was lackluster, and we brought this up with the company. They suggested we use Bar Keepers Friend regularly. We followed their advice for about 3-4 months, but the countertop remains lackluster. On two separate occasions, visitors pointed out how dull it looked. We contacted Gemini again, and they claimed we used a harsh cleaner, which is totally false! If any chemical caused this issue, it’s one they provided us, and now they’re shifting the blame! Absolutely awful customer service.

As someone who works in a kitchen store, I decided to try out Gemini since my regular quartz supplier couldn't match their offer. The price and the product are just amazing. We had a little bump in the road, but now we're absolutely thrilled with the countertop. The communication has been top-notch all the way through.

I'm really pleased with the final outcome and the product's quality. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that I received a call around midday on the original installation date. They informed me that my worktops failed quality checks the day before. Since Gemini didn't let me know about this sooner, I ended up wasting a day off work that I had taken as a holiday. I had to use another day off once the issue with the worktops got sorted. It might not be the end of the world, but my time off is valuable to me, and if I had been given a heads-up, I could've made other plans.

I’m really let down by this business. I placed an order months back and was told that by putting down a deposit, I’d lock in my materials and pricing. Just a week before the templating, I get a call saying my selected worktop is no longer available. I was asked to pick another one and promised some compensation. I reluctantly picked a different option, only to be informed that there would be no compensation because it was out of their hands. I ended up canceling the whole thing and went with a local company that can template and fit in just a week, and it’s pretty much the same price. What a total waste of time for everyone involved. Now I’m just waiting for my refund, which, based on other reviews, seems like it might not happen anytime soon!

Update: Regarding the company's response, I wasn’t offered an upgrade. The alternative I picked was the same price as the first one. Not sure why I’m being painted as unreasonable here. They did say a refund would be processed since I left this review, within two weeks! Funny how they took my payment way faster than that :-) Anyway, lesson learned. I wouldn’t go back to this company again, no way.

I had a fantastic experience with Gemini worktops. First off, the samples showed up really quickly, and I ordered quite a few! I got quotes back in less than a day. The customer service was top-notch from beginning to end. Our templater was super professional, showed up on time, and was really knowledgeable, helping us narrow down a couple of choices. We had to make some changes, and those were updated right away with new quotes. Just yesterday, our counters were installed after we requested a specific fitting date, which was no hassle at all. The fitters were all very professional and friendly, and they did a stellar job! I can't complain about the quality or the installation—I'm really happy with them! Of course, I can't comment on the long-term quality yet, but I feel secure with the 25-year warranty. I would definitely recommend Gemini Worktops; our overall quote was also between 500-1000 pounds less than what other companies offered.
